ParentVUE

Our student information system is called Synergy. ParentVUE is part of that system. It will be used for gradebook, attendance, report cards and storing student information. You will be able to see information for all of your children with a single log-in. Student schedules and gradebook will be the primary functions of this program. As we introduce the features to students and parents, we will provide more information. 

 

Please note that the BCSD app is no longer connected to our student information system. Please refer to Synergy ParentVUE and StudentVUE on the Launchpad for student gradebook and schedules. 

Each Monday, an automated email is sent to parents that have not yet registered for ParentVUE. Please follow the instructions in that weekly email to create your account. If you have technical difficulties, please email parenttechsupport@bcsdny.org. To expedite your request, please include the name of the school your child attends in the body of the email.

You can access ParentVUE through the Internet and many mobile devices. A free mobile app is available for the iPhone on the iTunes store and for Android devices on Google Play. 

Please note that you must activate your ParentVUE account via the website BEFORE using the ParentVUE mobile app.
